  • Fixed licenses are node locked to a specific machine or activated by the use of a dongle key which fits into a USB port. The key can be shared between multiple machines however only the machine with the key installed will be able to to run the software. This is a useful option if you want the versatility of sharing a single license between a desktop to a laptop.
  • Floating licenses are network license where a server acts as the license manager. This is a good way for multiple users to access the software via a network.

Reacting Flows

Reacting Flows is a capability that allows FloCAD to simulate fuel reformers, deal with the electrochemistry of flow batteries, predict combustion reactions in gas generations, and work with ionized and dissociated gases.

This webinar will explain how to use a working fluid as a reactant. It will also detail various options for determining reaction rates such as equilibrium, finite rate with stoichiometric coefficients, and percent complete based on inflowing reagents. Example applications are summarized.

Dissolved Gases
