SINDA/FLUINT is a
comprehensive finite-difference, lumped parameter
(circuit or network analogy) tool for analyzing complex
heat transfer and fluid flow systems.

Sinaps®
Sinaps is a complete pre- and postprocessing
tool for SINDA/FLUINT. Users sketch their thermal

Thermal Desktop®
Thermal
Desktop is a PC based thermal model builder with a built-in mesher. Thermal
Desktop incorporates both familiar parameter based
(TRASYS like) finite difference surfaces with finite
elements with CAD technology to model thermal problems.
Thermal Desktop develops the capacitance and conductance
network for input to SINDA/FLUINT. Thermal Desktop
has thermal analysis specific type of capabilities
such as applying contact conductance, insulation,
heat loads, and heaters.

RadCAD®
RadCAD is the thermal radiation analyzer
for use with Thermal Desktop® or standalone. RadCAD uses Monte Carlo Ray Tracing
to calculate form factors, radiation conductors, and
heating rates for true conic surface representations.
RadCAD is the first radiation analyzer to integrate
arbitrary CAD generated surfaces with familiar parameter-based
(TRASYS like) surfaces.

CRTech SpaceClaim®
CRTech SpaceClaim enables Thermal Desktop users to import CAD parts and assemblies from virtually any CAD format (including STEP and IGES), simplify and heal the geometry, then send it to Thermal Desktop for meshing. New geometry can also be added using sketch-like Direct Modeling CAD technology, and the parts can be modified easily if the design changes. |

Mesh Generation for SpaceClaim®
Mesh Generation for SpaceClaim is an add-on module for Thermal Desktop providing a direct port to CRTech SpaceClaim, enhancing the CAD preparation process. Analysts can extend the CAD preparation features in SpaceClaim by meshing surfaces and solids during import into Thermal Desktop, tag surfaces for heat loads, contact conductance, convection, and easily update the mesh if the part geometry changes. |
