As part of the CRTech integration into Ansys, the content on crtech.com will be gradually moved to Ansys domains. Some features of crtech.com, such as product downloads, have already been redirected to Ansys.com. The next step in the migration is to transition customer support through email and crtech.com to Ansys Customer Support Space (ACSS). ACSS is the primary place for Ansys technical support, providing a modern interface for opening and managing your Ansys support cases. Ansys technical support is backed by the same engineers you have come to know over the years.
If you have not used Ansys Customer Support Space previously, you may need to register first to access it. An overview of the registration process as well as usage can be found in the short overview on Ansys Innovation Courses. Your technical support contract must be active to use ACSS.
Note: Thermal Desktop will be found under the Fluids Application Family
Along with the change to the support email system, we will turn off posting on the crtech.com forum. We ask that you use the Ansys Learning Forum. This is the go-to place to discuss and share ideas and questions about any of Ansys’ simulation tools or the theory behind them. The forum is fully browsable and searchable, providing a rich resource to get new ideas and inspiration from your peers. We’re committed to the forum so you will find experienced Ansys and Thermal Desktop engineers actively participating, contributing, and answering questions along with the wider community, ensuring the experience you expect and the answers you need. Be sure to mention Thermal Desktop so we can easily find your posts.
The crtech.com forum will remain searchable until the content is migrated to an Ansys domain.
If you are an academic user, we are also now formalizing the support we provide for our Academic users of Thermal Desktop on the Ansys Learning Forum, described above.
