This free webinar addresses issues common to liquid propulsion, LNG and LN2 systems, sensor/magnet cooling, etc. This is part A of a two session class, the second portion being "Modeling Cryogenic Lines".
This class describes working fluid properties and selections and basic techniques for modeling stratified tanks, including initialization of thermodynamic states, wall heat transfer, and natural convection boundary layers.
Prerequisites: Familiarity with SINDA/FLUINT.
