Online Training: Choking and High-speed Flows

When flow velocities get high enough, not only can choking (sonic limits) occur, but also kinetic energy can become important (Mach>0.3) and even heat transfer can be affected (Mach>0.1). This presentation-based class describes the basic phenomena and how they are handled in SINDA/FLUINT, with the focus on available user options as well as implied responsibilities.

Prerequisites: Intermediate FLUINT experience.
