Terms and Conditions

The development and hosting of online classes requires significant time and effort on the part of C&R Technologies. In order to provide these classes free of charge, we need to ensure the classes are full. With this in mind, we have defined the following terms and conditions for all class registrants.

C&R Technologies retains the right to refuse class access to any individual who repeatedly violates these terms and conditions.

Verify Ability to Connect for the Class: The registrant shall verify his/her ability to connect to the meeting session prior to the day of the class. Please contact with your IT department to verify you have one of the following ports open for your Internet connection, 8200, 443, and/or 80. You can also go to https://www.gotomeeting.com/wizard and download a connection wizard to check/optimize your connection.

Delivery of Class Connection Information: C&R Technologies will provide connection information for the class at least 72 hours prior to the class. This information will be sent via email. These emails occasionally get filtered out as spam. Registrants should check their spam folders if they do not receive notification. If you have not received connection information, please contact C&R Technologies prior to at least 24 hours prior to the class to request information.

Class Attendance: If a you are unable to attend a class you have registered for, PLEASE notify C&R Technologies at least 24 hours prior to the class. This will allow time for C&R Technologies to offer your seat to another person on the waiting list.

Class Cancellation: C&R reserves the right to cancel any class due to low attendence or instructor illness etc. In the case of a class cancellation, registrants will be notified via email of the cancellation. In the case of instructor illness/absence, C&R will attempt to reschedule a class as promptly as feasible at a time and date satisfying the majority of class attendees.
