This
presentation will focus on the use of advanced expressions (conditional
operators, de-referencing, element generation increments, etc.)
for registers and data blocks within SINDA/FLUINT’s spreadsheet-like
parametric modeling system. The spreadsheet system can parallel
or replace concurrently-executed Fortran-based logic blocks.
Many of the same features (e.g., conditional operators) are available
in Thermal Desktop’s symbol manager, and some examples
of using expressions within Thermal Desktop will be given. However,
the focus of this class will be on SINDA/FLUINT usage.
Prerequisites: Intermediate
SINDA and/or FLUINT experience. Symbols and Registers class
would be helpful.
