Littleton, Colorado, December 12, 2005 C&R Technologies has launched a new Product and Technology Support Knowledge Base comprised of multiple discussion forums. These forums will provide customers with direct access to a continually growing knowledge base from our technical support representatives and other users. The Knowledge Base contains three categories of support covering Announcements, Software Support, and Application and Hardware discussion forums. C&R's Support Department anticipates the Software Support forums will provide faster and more convenient response to their expanding customer base. By using a forum, a continually growing knowledge base will be developed over time. The Support Department encourages customers, new and old, to visit the forum to see if they can locate answers to their questions before calling for technical support. If the answer is not on the searchable forum, one can register as a user and post the question. User postings are vital to the growth and assemblage of this knowledge base. To assist the broader thermal and fluid modeling communities, C&R Technologies has included Application and Hardware forums.We are hoping these forums will be used by customers and non customers alike to post general questions concerning a variety of applications and hardware. Although all members of C&R's support staff have engineering backgrounds from various industries, we focus on software usage support and cannot always help our customers with application or hardware specific questions that arise.
