EZ-XY is a PC based, standalone plotter that is also packaged with Sinda/Fluint and Thermal Desktop®. It can be used to plot information from Sinda/Fluint and from Thermal Desktop® and RadCAD®.Information from all of these sources may be combined into a single plot. EZ-XY has a customizable plot display and is capable of producing X-Y plots, Histograms, bar charts, and more. Multiple data sets can be used to combine data from different sources or to manipulate sets of data separately.

Each plot window is independent and can display different information. As in Thermal Desktop postprocessing, the information displayed in each plot if controlled by a collection of associated data sets. Each plot may use multiple data sets and each Sinda/Fluint data set may reference multiple save files. In this way information from a variety of sources may be combined onto one plot. Once a plot is created it may be manipulated using a number of plot manipulation commands, or by using the commands on the menu bar. The menu bar commands allow the user to modify the axes, add annotations and save the plot. Once a plot is saved, it may be reopened. Upon reopening, the plot will automatically be updated to reflect any changes to the associated save files or Thermal Desktop databases.
